Great locate near Woodfield Mall. Nice rooms. Free breakfast try the Mexican offers they are delicious. Would stay again.

Outstanding Service That Made a Special Day Even Brighter! I recently planned a surprise for my brother and sister-in-law, who were celebrating their anniversary at Homewood Suites by Hilton Chicago - Schaumburg. I coordinated everything remotely with the help of the hotel’s front desk and central support, arranging cake, flowers, balloons, and champagne. The experience was beyond amazing! The front desk lady was incredibly kind and went out of her way to make it special. I had asked for my message to be printed, but to my surprise, they took the time to write it out beautifully by hand. That small gesture made a big difference and added such a personal, thoughtful touch. Thanks to the wonderful staff, my brother and sister-in-law had an unforgettable celebration. This is what true customer service looks like — sharing happiness, showing empathy, and going the extra mile to make someone’s day brighter. Highly recommend this property and team for their warmth and attention to detail.

I stayed here for 1 week, I enjoyed my stay. Room was very clean, organized and check is was very easy. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast is available Monday-Saturday 7am-10am. Close enough to shopping centers and supermarkets. Near O’Hare Airport.

I write this review reviewing a 3-star hotel. It's not the Ritz, it's a Homewood, and I really loved it! Homey, cozy, apartment-style stay. Bedroom doors close to create separate area from living room, kitchen and sofa bed. Bed was very comfortable. Shower pressure strong and hot. It's a super quiet facility. I didn't hear a peep and I'm a ridiculously light sleeper. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff was very kind and friendly. The only negative might be that you have to go outside in the elements to reach the lobby and breakfast. Gym is weak, but there's a Planet Fitness .5 miles away. A few shopping malls and food options under a mile or less. I would absolutely stay here again.

Love the room decor. Love that it feels like a studio apartment then a hotel room. Nice modern sofa. Comfy king bed. Great location near to alot restaurants and other hotels. I will definitely come back here again.

I had more than a pleasant stay at the Home Suite by Hilton in Schaumburg. This was my second stay here, and it was just as perfect as the first time. Everything exceeded my expectations — from the comfort of the room to the overall atmosphere of the hotel. What truly made the difference was the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Amar for his outstanding service and warm attitude. I’m also very grateful to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future!

Stayed 2 nights recently while in the area on business. Location was great, easy to get to/from. Numerous restaurants nearby. Rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was plentiful and varied the 2 mornings I was there. Check in/out was quick and all associate we interacted with were friendly. Also really glad this property had the Zero brand toiletries - those are my favorite and not every Hilton brand has these now. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Really impressed with how they run this hotel. The rooms are nice and have everything you need (with a kitchen!). And the management schedules several social events, wednesday dinner, thursday football, movie night, etc. Very friendly people and very professional. I had an important fedex package delivered and they handled it well with signatures for tracking. I would highly recommend this hotel to any business traveler. Clean, comfortable, and very welcoming.
